Pizza Pizza Lobby Renovation Program (150+)

Project description: 

The SVB Group team has successfully completed over 150 lobby renovation projects for Pizza Pizza locations across Ontario. These renovations were carefully planned to allow each restaurant to remain operational during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to daily business.

Our scope of work included wallpaper removal, plastering, painting, installation of wooden accent walls and baseboards, tile flooring, and replacement of outdated cabinets and countertops. We also repainted all doors, installed new bar counters at select locations, and spray-painted ceilings during night shifts to avoid interfering with customer service hours. As a final enhancement, digital menu screens were installed to modernize and improve the customer experience.

Through efficient coordination, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, SVB Group delivered refreshed, welcoming spaces that align with Pizza Pizza’s brand and operational needs.

Challanges  and Lessons Learned: 

Throughout the renovation of over 150 Pizza Pizza restaurant lobbies, the SVB Group team encountered and overcame a variety of challenges. Each project required thoughtful planning and precise execution to ensure quality results while maintaining operational continuity for the client. Key challenges included:

  Some locations posed additional difficulties such as limited workspace, access restrictions, or unexpected structural issues.
