Pizza Pizza: Gas Station Project

Project description: 

SVB Group team completed a project of transforming an old closed restaurant in a gas station food court into a new Pizza Pizza location. This involved demolition of the existing space and creating a new design plan that would make the restaurant stand out while still fitting in with the surrounding food court. We installed new wall tiles and painted the ceiling to create a fresh and modern look. We replaced the old cabinets and countertops with new, high-quality materials. Additionally, we installed new equipment such as ovens and freezers to meet the needs of the Pizza Pizza menu, and added digital menu screens to enhance the customer experience.

Challanges  and Lessons Learned:

The project presented a number of challenges and valuable lessons. Demolition and rebuilding were complicated by the limited space available, and the need to work within a tight schedule. The installation of new equipment required careful planning and coordination to ensure that everything was properly connected and working efficiently.

One of the main lessons learned was the importance of communication and collaboration with all parties involved, including the gas station management, suppliers, and staff. This helped to ensure that everyone was on the same page and that the project proceeded smoothly.

Another challenge was creating a design and layout that would make the Pizza Pizza location stand out from the other food court options, while also fitting in seamlessly with the overall aesthetic. Careful consideration was given to the placement of the digital menu screens, as well as the color scheme and overall design of the space.
