Pizza Pizza: Exterior Improvement

SVB Group team completed over 70 exterior renovation projects for Pizza Pizza locations, using a variety of materials such as thin bricks, tiles, and painting to update the appearance of the buildings. Throughout the projects, we made sure to follow Pizza Pizza's approved materials or plaza recommendations to ensure consistency and brand recognition. Our work not only improved the visual appeal of the locations but also helped to create a positive impression for customers and enhance the overall image of the Pizza Pizza brand. By utilizing a range of materials, we were able to customize each location's exterior to best suit its specific needs and aesthetic. 

Challanges  and Lessons Learned:

The project presented unique challenges and provided valuable lessons learned. One of the biggest challenges was dealing with the varied conditions of the different locations. Some buildings had extensive damage, while others required only minor repairs. This meant that each project had to be approached on a case-by-case basis, and the materials and techniques used had to be carefully selected to address the specific needs of each location.

Another challenge was ensuring that the renovations were consistent with Pizza Pizza's brand standards and design guidelines, while also meeting the recommendations of the shopping plaza or building owners. This required close collaboration and communication with all parties involved to ensure that the finished product was both visually appealing and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

The lessons learned from these exterior renovation projects included the importance of careful planning and coordination, as well as the need to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing conditions..

Final Results: 

The final results were buildings that looked modern and inviting, with updated facades that stood out in their respective locations. The use of high-quality materials and attention to detail helped to create a uniform and consistent look across all locations, while still allowing for some customization based on the specific needs of each building.
